On-Campus Accommodations

Online registration for Alumni Weekend, including on-campus accommodations, is open now! Click here to register for Alumni Weekend 2023.

Double-occupancy rooms will be available in St. Julie Hall (New Residence Hall) for Friday and Saturday nights (21+ only). Each four-person suite contains a kitchen, living room, two double-occupancy bedrooms (two twin beds in each room) and two bathrooms. Guests may check in after 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2023, and check out is by 1:00 p.m. Sunday, June 4, 2023. Please indicate the name(s) of your preferred roommate(s) using this online form.

Note: Alumni staying on campus are required to select either one (1) roommate for your immediate bedroom or three (3) roommates to fill the complete suite of four (4).

Alumni who do not request specific roommate(s) or suitemates will be matched randomly with individuals from the same class to fill each bedroom and suite. Roommate placements cannot be guaranteed unless your requests match those of your friends, and/or you include payment for housing registration for your roommate(s) at the time of purchase.  Unmatched roommate requests may delay or prevent rooming with the alumni of your choice.

All air-conditioned units are provided with limited amenities. Each four-person suite contains a kitchen, living room, two double-occupancy bedrooms (two twin beds in each room) and two bathrooms.

Linens (sheets, microfleece blanket, face and bath towels) and a light continental breakfast on Saturday morning are included in the cost of the room.

***Pillows are NOT included - guests are required to bring their own pillows.
Guests may want to bring an extra blanket, clothes hangers, an alarm clock, hair dryer, toiletries, hand sanitizer, snacks, water bottle/travel mug, paper products (napkins, paper towels) and other conveniences the College will not provide. Please contact the Office of Advancement at 617-735-9771 if you require any special arrangements for accommodations, dietary needs or parking, or if you have any questions regarding the weekend. For further information about accommodations, please see the FAQs
