Home or office need a little refresher?

Have a motivational saying you’d love to turn into a work of art?

We’ve got you covered!

Alumni are invited to a Calligraphy workshop presented by

Edwina Shannon ’77

Professional Calligrapher and Lettering Artist

Wednesday, April 14, 2021

7:00-8:15 p.m.

Edwina will lead participants through a brief discussion of historic Calligraphy styles, then demonstrate and teach a modern style brush stroke, ideal to use in refreshing your home or office décor! Participants can choose from several words and sayings, and as an added bonus, use the techniques learned to create future works of art.

Registrants will receive a list of materials and letter template ahead of time so they can create their own unique hand-lettered art phrase during the workshop.

Participation in this event is free, but a $15 donation is encouraged to the Emmanuel College Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Fund.

*Zoom link to be emailed to registrants on 4/13*

This registration is now closed. If you would like to attend, please email alumni@emmanuel.edu
