44th Annual Cape Cod Luncheon
Emmanuel College alumni and guests are invited to the 44th annual Cape Cod Luncheon.
This year will be a special gathering as we welcome Emmanuel’s newly named president, Mary K. Boyd, Ph.D.
We look forward to reconnecting with you in September, our favorite time of the year on the Cape!
44th Annual Cape Cod Luncheon
Monday, September 12, 2022 :: 12:00 noon
Wychmere Beach Club, 23 Snow Inn Road, Harwich Port, MA 02646
Luncheon Menu ($55 per person)
Salad of Artisan Field Greens, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, and Radish with Lemon Vinaigrette
Choice of one of the following entrees:
- Herb Roasted Natural Chicken Breast with Yukon Gold Gratin, Broccolini, and Lemon-Thyme Butter
- Cedar Roasted Loch Duart Salmon with Orange-Fennel-Radish Salad, Asparagus, and Olive Caper Relish
- Vegetarian – Four Cheese Ravioli with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Grilled Artichokes, Lemon, and Basil Pesto
Dessert of Individual Fresh Fruit Tart with Apricot Jam
