Mindfulness Meditation for Alumni

Additional Series Dates: March 7, 2022 & May 9, 2022

Alumni are invited to take part in a three-part series of thoughtful virtual meditation sessions led by KeYana Reid ’17. KeYana DeSeree Reid, certified Health Coach and Life Coach, has been in the wellness space for years. She is a coach, creator, and self-love advocate who is always encouraging her clients to step into their power! Her practice is rooted in the belief system that if you can change your habits, you can change your life, and it all starts with mindset. Her programs are tailored to helping you achieve your goals and much of her previous work has focused on client relationships to self, food, body image, movement, and purpose.

With a focus on the mind/body/spirit connection, she helps you step into the highest version of yourself! The session will incorporate reflective journaling as well as guided meditation to encourage a positive start to 2022 with mindfulness. Whether you are new to practicing meditation or it’s already a part of your routine, we invite members of our community to manifest their joy and light for the year ahead.
